Eleven Wonders and FC Samartex played out an entertaining 2-2 draw in match-week 26 clash of the Ghana Premier League week at the University of Ghana Stadium.
Both sides produced a lively contest, making good use of their chances and taking their moments in a game that saw four goals shared between them.
Eleven Wonders showed great fighting spirit, with Eden Kofi Asamoah scoring twice in the 65th and 90th minutes to secure a point for the hosts after coming from behind.
FC Samartex, however, started brightly and took an early lead through Gabriel Osei in the 6th minute before Emmanuel Mamah restored their advantage in the 67th minute in a back-and-forth encounter.
The Sure Wonders, despite the draw, remain bottom of the table with 10 points but will take positives from ending their seven-game losing streak as they prepare to face Medeama SC next.
FC Samartex have now gone six games without a win and sit sixth on the table with 38 points. The Timber Giants will look to return to winning ways when they host Bechem United in their next fixture in Samreboi
