Medeama SC played out a hard-fought 0–0 draw against Swedru All Blacks in their Matchweek 24 game of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League at the Swedru Sports Stadium on a hot Sunday afternoon.

Both teams showed strong effort and determination under the bright sun, but neither side could score. It was a tough and physical match with action at both ends, yet there was little quality in front of goal.

Swedru All Blacks had good periods of possession and tried several long-range shots. However, their finishing was poor, as many efforts went over the bar. Even though they pushed forward, they could not create clear scoring chances.

Medeama also looked dangerous at times, especially on the wings. They made quick runs and sent crosses into the box, but their final passes and shots were not good enough to trouble the goalkeeper.

Both teams found it difficult to test the goalkeepers regularly, and the match turned into a midfield battle instead of an attacking display.

Although it was not an exciting game for fans expecting goals, Medeama coach Ibrahim Tanko can take some positives. His side have now recorded three straight draws, after a 1–1 home draw against Aduana FC and a 0–0 away draw with FC Samartex last weekend.

The result keeps Medeama steady as they aim to turn draws into wins in the coming matches, while Swedru All Blacks may feel they missed the chance to win at home.
