Port City FC and Dreams FC played out a pulsating 1-1 draw at the Daasebre Boamah Darko II Park in Kukurantumi in their Ghana Premier League match-week 7 encounter.
The ‘Adonteng’ Royals started the second half strongly and took the lead through Alex Boateng in the 47th minute after the teams had gone into the break goalless.
Port City looked set to claim all three points after breaking the deadlock early in the second half, but Dreams FC refused to give up as they pushed for an equaliser.
Their efforts paid off late in the game when Kelvin Ahiable found the net to rescue a point for the ‘Still Believe’ side and deny the hosts victory on home soil.
The result means Port City are now without a win in their last two matches and will look to return to winning ways when they travel to face Karela United in their next fixture.
Dreams FC, meanwhile, remain without a league win this season and will have another opportunity to end that appalling run when they host Vision FC in their next match.
