Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko are in advanced negotiations with second-tier side New Edubiase United to sign winger Philip Amoh, Kickgh.com can exclusively reveal.
A fixed transfer fee is understood to be in the final stages of agreement between the two clubs, with personal terms already settled between Kotoko and the 19-year-old.
Amoh, a former player of colts side Banda FC is expected to sign a three-year contract with the Porcupine Warriors, with an option to extend the deal depending on performance milestones.
The highly rated winger has been one of the standout performers in the Access Bank Division One League and is seen as a key addition to Kotoko’s rebuilding project under new technical leadership led by Coach Abdul Karim Zito.
Amoh's move could be completed within days, pending final approval from both clubs.
