Former Karela United and Bechem United head coach Bismark Kobi Mensah has confirmed Aduana Stars's interest with negotiation currently happening between both parties, as reported yesterday.
The 'Ogya' lads have been without a head coach since the jettisoning of head coach Yaw Acheampong weeks ago after their defeat against Asante Kotoko and are still on the lookout for a successor.
Already, club's spokesperson Evans Oppong has confirmed they have shortlisted three coaches and will be announcing a new one very soon.
Speaking on Asempa FM this morning, the former Black Galaxies assistant coach has affirmed Aduana Stars' approach as reported and added he is willing and will only join if certain things are put in the right place.
"Aduana Stars have contacted me, and I'm glad they have done that. I also want to join the team. There are certain things the management needs to clear before I join them."
The two-time Ghanaian champions have been shambolic and abysmal since the commencement of the ongoing campaign and are really trying harder to patch up all cracks as quick as possible to get back on track.
Aduana Stars are currently with two wins, six draws and four loses after twelve games as they currently occupy the 14th spot with 12 points on the league log.
Over the weekend, they shockingly got evicted from the league cup after suffering a 1-2 home loss to city-rivals Dormaa Unity FC in the round of 64.
