Solomon Ofosu Ware, popularly known as Chairman Solo, has been elected as the new Chairman of the Asante Kotoko National Circles Council (NCC).
In an election held on Thursday through the FABU CENSUS platforms, Ofosu Ware secured a resounding victory, polling 3,055 votes, which represents 81% of the total votes casted by the supporters.
His opponent, Obeng Sekyere Benjamin, managed 727 votes, accounting for 19% of the 3,782 total votes.
Ofosu Ware succeeds Christopher Damenya and will now lead the supporters’ wing of the Porcupine Warriors as they prepare for the 2025/26 season and their upcoming CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
