Karim Zito, the head coach of Dreams FC, has emphasized the significance of Chris Hughton's monitoring of the Ghana Premier League.

Hughton, who was appointed as the Black Stars coach in February, has been seen at various league matches with the aim of identifying local talents for the national team.

He has already watched two Ghana Premier League games, including Great Olympics' victory over Berekum Chelsea in Accra and Kotoko's encounter with King Faisal in Kumasi.

Zito, who also coaches the Black Starlets, praised Hughton's decision to attend these games and stated that it will help improve the quality of the league.

"It's a good idea and good news especially because the young lads will put in their best to attract the attention of the coach," he said. "Playing while being watched by a Black Stars coach is special and it will bring the best out of you, which will add value to the league. It is good."
