Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani has delivered an encouraging fitness update as his side prepares for a challenging away encounter against Bibiani Gold Stars in the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians travel to Bibiani for their Matchweek 24 fixture on Sunday, March 1, aiming to maintain their recent unbeaten momentum. Hearts go into the game after recording two wins and three draws in their last five matches, a run that has strengthened confidence within the camp.
Speaking to Hearts TV, Dramani revealed that several key players are returning to action, providing a timely boost ahead of the difficult trip, although a few members of the squad remain under medical observation.
“We are lucky that Hamza is coming back, and Enoch is also returning even though he is not fully fit,” Dramani said.
“Emmanuel Amankwa is back after serving his one-match suspension, and apart from that we are still monitoring Baba Adamu, who has a hip problem. The rest of the team is training well.”
The Hearts coach also confirmed that Prince Kwabena Owusu and George Aku are still unavailable as they continue their recovery.
Bibiani Gold Stars head into the contest in strong form themselves, having secured three wins in their last five matches, and will be eager to strengthen their push for the top spot.
Kick-off for the crucial league encounter is scheduled for 3:00 pm.
