Eleven Wonders captain Emmanuel Boateng says he is fully convinced the club will beat the drop this season despite a difficult start to their 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

Speaking after Monday’s long-awaited first league victory - a 2-0 win over Dreams FC - Boateng said the players are beginning to respond positively to the ideas of newly appointed head coach Emmanuel Aidoo.

“I’m very happy with this win. Right now we are solving our issues, small small, and that’s why we have our first win,” he said.

“Our new coach knows our situation, and he is engaging us on how to turn things around. I’m 100% confident we can escape relegation.”

His remarks highlight the growing belief within the camp as Eleven Wonders attempt to claw their way out of the bottom of the table.

Despite the crucial victory, the club remains rooted to the foot of the standings, but will look to build on the win when they travel to face Swedru All Blacks on Friday, December 5.
