Ghana Premier League heavyweights Hearts of Oak are on the verge of completing the signing of midfielder Evans Osei Wusu ahead of the 2026/27 season's campaign
The Phobians are reportedly working to finalize the deal as they continue to strengthen their squad for the upcoming campaign under head coach Nebojsa Kapor.
The move would see Osei Wusu reunite with Kapor, who previously coached the player during their time together at Tema Youth. The existing relationship is expected to ease the player’s transition into the Hearts setup as the Serbian tactician shapes his squad.
Although the transfer has not yet been officially confirmed, negotiations are believed to be at an advanced stage, with an announcement expected once all formalities are completed.
Hearts of Oak have been active in the transfer market as they seek to assemble a competitive team capable of challenging for domestic honours in the 2026/27 season.
