Hearts of Oak are in discussions to bring former Legon Cities midfielder Michel Otou to their squad in the ongoing transfer window.
The Phobians are looking to strengthen their team with the addition of the defensive midfielder.
Reports suggest that talks have already begun between Hearts of Oak and Otou’s representatives, with negotiations progressing well. The 26-year-old is currently in talks to finalize personal terms with the club.
Having recently ended his spell with Ethiopian side Hawassa City FC, Otou is now a free agent and is being pursued by Hearts of Oak.
The former Inter Allies captain was a previous target for the Phobians before his move to Hawassa City, and now looks set to join the Accra-based team.
