Great Olympics fought hard to beat Berekum Chelsea 3-2 in a breathless Accra Sports Stadium encounter.

Isaac Mensah scored twice for Oly Dade, but his first effort was cancelled out by Stephen Amankonah, before Olympics scored the second and third goal in the 66th and 67 minutes, before Amankonah added his second on the day in the 72nd minute for the visitors.

For all of their possession, Chelsea threatened intensely but the fast-paced action prompted the home team to hold them at bay and rattled the frame of the goal three times.

Even though Great Olympics secured a victory they still lay comfortably in the red zone (16th on 36 points), while Berekum Chelsea have climbed to the 8th position with 44 points.
