Coach Aboubakar Ouattara insists he is not under pressure despite his side’s 2-0 defeat to Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
Steven Mukwala scored twice as the Phobians suffered another loss at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium during week 31 of the Ghana Premier League, leaving Hearts of Oak in a precarious position.
While Coach Ouattara expressed dissatisfaction with the results, he denied feeling personal pressure.
“Personally, I am not under pressure. I am not under pressure but the team is under pressure. Don’t single me out. We are under pressure because we need more points to survive. We need the points in our three remaining games. We don’t have any choice. To get the points we must score,” Ouattara told StarTimes.
Hearts of Oak are currently 15th on the league table with 38 points.
They will face Great Olympics in a crucial home match on matchday 32.
