Ghana Premier league Goal King, Yaw Annor, insists that no one negotiated goals for him and takes aim at Ghanaians for not supporting their own.
Yaw Annor, 24, scored twenty-two league goals to equal Ismael Addo's 2001 record as he won the top scorer award.
Ashanti Gold finished seventh with forty-seven points, but have been demoted into the Division Two fir match manipulations.
Although Ashanti Gold have appealed the decision of the Disciplinary Committee, but they are yet to sit on the appeal.
The miners have confirmed interest from foreign clubs for the prolific striker, but reports in the local media have linked Yaw Annor to both Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.
Yaw Annor says his goals was as a result of hard work and insists that no one 'bought' goals for him.
"Ghanaians should rather support our own and stop reading meanings into it," he started.
"No one negotiated goals for me, everyone knows my quality and my goals are scored out of hard work.
"Also, I have experience in the GPL, so people should take that mentality out of mind," he added.
