Bechem United head coach Kobina Amissah says his team must beat Asante Kotoko in their next Ghana Premier League match to avoid relegation.

The Hunters will host Kotoko in their Matchweek 33 fixture as they continue their fight to stay in the top flight.

Speaking after his side’s 1-1 draw against Swedru All Blacks, Amissah stressed the importance of taking all three points at home.

“We have matches against Kotoko and Berekum Chelsea. We lost our last home match, but in our game against Kotoko, we must not lose that game,” he said.

“We must work hard and secure all the points at home to ensure, regardless of the result from the last match of the season, we will be safe.”

Bechem United are currently 10th in the Ghana Premier League table with 44 points from 32 matches.

However, the Hunters are still not safe from relegation, and bad results in their last two matches could send them down to the lower division.
