Accra Hearts of Oak Board Member, Brimah Moro Akanbi, found himself embroiled in a heated exchange on WhatsApp with a passionate fan of the club on Sunday evening.
This incident occurred following the team's goalless draw against Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park.
The fan had taken to social media (WhatsApp) to share images of another Hearts supporter who had visited the Golden City Park.
The purpose of the visit was to personally express concerns to Board Member Togbe Afede regarding the management of the club by his appointees.
Holding up placards with bold statements such as "PLEASE TOGBE, WE DON'T TRUST WHO YOU TRUST" and "PLEASE TOGBE, RUN HEARTS AS YOU DO YOUR OTHER BUSINESSES," the fan aimed to convey his dissatisfaction.
These images seemed to have provoked a strong reaction from Brimah Moro Akambi, leading him to direct derogatory remarks towards the fan on the Hearts Titanic WhatsApp platform.
