The Phobians have strengthen their attacking options with the acquisition of the 25-year-old attacker for the second round of the 2023/24 season's campaign.
Ghana Premier League outfit Hearts of Oak have completed the signing Ivorian international Kassim Cisse on a free transfer.

The 25-year-old arrived in Ghana earlier this month to begin life at Hearts of Oak after signing a two-year contract.

Cisse previously featured for Ivorian Division One League side Lanfiara Sport where he was ranked among the best attackers in the second-tier league.

Since the start of the campaign, the Phobians have struggled to impress with the inability of attackers to score goals established as a key weakness in the team.

Hearts of Oak have had a difficult campaign to have scored only 12 goals after the match-week 15 of the ongoing Ghana Premier League season.

Hearts of Oak have entered the transfer market with hopes of augmenting their squad with top-quality for the second half of the 2022/23 GPL season.

The Phobians have already secured the signature of former WAFA goalkeeper Kwadwo Osei Bonsu and ex-Ghana U23 shot-stopper Kwame Baah to bolster the goalkeeping department of the club.
