Barimah Atuahene, a former board member of Hearts of Oak has categorized the side as an ordinary club.
According to Atuahene, he gets frustrated when watching matches of the former inter continental club masters.
Atuahene's comments come after the Phobians lost 4-3 on penalties and were dumped out in the Round of 16 of the MTN FA Cup by Division One side Golden Kick.
"The performance of Hearts of Oak is worrying. This is a club that used to win trophies, but they cannot even play in the final of the FA Cup," he told Asempa FM.
"Hearts of Oak is now an ordinary club. They are so poor, and it is disappointing watching."
Following their exit from the MTN FA Cup on Sunday, Hearts of Oak will now shift their attention to the Ghana Premier League which restarts on March 7.
Hearts of Oak are 4th on the league log with 33 points after 19 rounds of matches.
