Hearts of Oak has finalized a loan deal with Lativar FC for their midfielder, Mohammed Arafat Alhassan.
Arafat Alhassan is set to join the Sao Tome and Principe club in preparation for the upcoming 2023/2024 football season.
This marks the 18-year-old's second consecutive loan spell as part of his ongoing player development journey.
During the 2022/2023 Ghana football season, Arafat gained valuable experience while on loan at Pacific Heroes FC.
