Interim head coach of Hearts of Oak, Abdul Rahim Bashiru has revealed that his team will take another step toward forging a new identity and establishing better tactics ahead of the second round of the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians ended the first round of the league on a great note after stunning Bechem United 1-0 at the Baba Yara Stadium in match-week 17 fixture.
However, Bashiru's many critics will no doubt be rolling in the much-expected demeaning statements which they feel might force the eccentric trainer out of the club, but he maintains that he will now set his sights on doing well in the second round of the league.
“We have a lot to do so we will go back and do our homework well before we resume for the second round," Bashiru said.
Hearts are currently occupying the 9th position on the league log with 21 points, winning four matches, drawing nine and losing four.
