Accra Hearts of Oak have announced plans to play a series of friendly matches against Togolese teams as part of their preseason preparations for the upcoming 2024/25 season.
Following the decision to move their preseason camp from Pobiman to Asutsuare in the Greater Accra Region, the club confirmed that after their stint in Asutsuare, the team will travel to Togo for additional friendlies.
“On Thursday, the team will shift camp from its Kpobiman base to Asutsuare, where they will spend one week. During this period, the players will undergo team bonding and various training regimes to prepare for the challenges ahead,” the club stated.
“After completing their training at Asutsuare, Coach Aboubakar Ouattara and the squad will head to Lome, Togo, where they will play friendly matches to further refine their skills and teamwork.”
The club also encouraged fans to continue their unwavering support and follow updates on their social media channels.
Hearts of Oak will kick off their 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season with a match against Baseke Holy Stars on September 7, 2024.
