Following this kickoff, fans can look forward to a clash between Accra Great Olympics and Bofoakwa Tano on Saturday, September 9, 2023, hosted at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The opening round of matches will continue with five games scheduled for Sunday, September 10, 2023.
However, owing to their involvement in their respective CAF Club Cup competitions, both Medeama SC and Dreams will postpone their Matchday One fixtures to Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
