According to exclusive reports in the local media, Ghana Premier League heavyweights Hearts of Oak have identified coach Maxwell Konadu as the perfect man for their coaching role and are willing to appoint him at the end of the season
He last coached in South Africa where he joined Black Leopards in June last year but left his role early this year due to unknown reasons
However, reports surfacing in Accra suggest that coach Aboubakar Ouatarra is most likely to leave Hearts of Oak at the end of the ongoing season contrary to earlier reports that he will be maintained
The club board have since been searching for a suitable replacement and have already shortlisted top three coaches for the position namely; Maxwell Konadu, Prosper Narteh Ogum and Samuel Boadu
According to reports from Kumasi-based Opemsuo Radio, Maxwell Konadu is currently leading the race to be handed the Hearts of Oak job but is receiving a stiffer opposition from Prosper Narteh Ogum with the club still contemplating on appointing the best candidate
Hearts of Oak are currently occupying the fifth spot in the league log with 52 points and will face Legon Cities FC next
