Aboubakar Ouattara, head coach of Hearts of Oak, encourages supporters to provide constructive criticism for the team's improvement.

While welcoming feedback, he emphasizes the importance of refraining from insults towards him, players, and board members during challenging times.

Ouattara urges fans to maintain respect and love for the club, highlighting the value of constructive criticism in fostering growth.

“I like criticism. I just don’t like insults. If you insult me that’s not football. If you come and insult me or my parents that’s not football. I want us to have the love for the club because I know it's only someone who likes you who will criticize you. Don’t leave me and go and insult Togbe. I’m ready for the criticisms,” Coach Aboubakar Ouattara said in an interview.

Additionally, he invites fans to engage with the team during training sessions at the Pobiman Complex, expressing confidence that with their support, Hearts of Oak will contend for the Ghana Premier League title.
