Communications Director of Asante Kotoko, Samuel Sarfo Duku has stated that winning the league title will be challenging.

Duku made this statement after the Porcupine Warriors managed a scoreless draw away against Bibiani Gold Stars at Dun's Park last Sunday to chase league leaders Nations FC by five points.

“It’s-title ambition-still on because technically, it’s possible but it’s now a very difficult task for us. I have to admit, it has become very very difficult for us. Looking at how they-Nations FC- are playing, it will be very difficult for them to lose but that is what I am hoping” Duku said.

Kotoko 'wizardry' striker, Kwame Opoku was not available for the match after honoring an invitation to the Black Stars for the upcoming Unity Cup in London, and Kotoko head coach Karim Zito in his post-game presser didn't neglect the impact of Opoku’s absence labelling it as a major setback which affected his plans.

"I missed one of my best players, so certainly not having him in this game affected me," Zito admitted.
