Legon Cities FC bank-roller, Richard Attipoe has acquired newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side Techiman Eleven Wonders, per exclusive reports in the local media
Attipoe, has been in football for almost a decade now having purchased Wa All Stars in 2018 and renamed it Legon Cities FC and have been playing in the topflight since until their relegation in the just-finished season
The latest reports has it that, Richard Attipoe has completed the takeover of Eleven Wonders. He will now fund all the expenses of the club and will very soon relocate the club to the capital, Accra.
Eleven Wonders emerged as champions of Zone one of the first division championship last season having beaten Real Tamale United in a playoff at the Accra Sports Stadium to secure promotion
The ‘Sure Wonders’ are now back in the Ghana Premier League after three years with their last relegation coming after the 2021/22 season
