Asante Kotoko defender Patrick Asiedu has emphasized the importance of unwavering concentration as his team prepares to face Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League this Sunday.
The Porcupine Warriors are set to clash with the Blues in a crucial Week 4 encounter of the 2024/25 Ghanaian top-flight league season.
In a pre-match interview, Asiedu, a former Berekum Chelsea player, urged his teammates to give their all during the match. He stressed the need for Kotoko to remain compact and focused for the entire 90 minutes to secure all three points.
“We are going there as lions because our determination is very high. My message to the players is to stay compact and focus on the game, as you can easily be punished in Berekum,” Patrick Asiedu stated.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 3 PM at the Golden City Park.
