Medeama SC midfielder Salim Adams has opened up on his side’s emphatic 4-0 victory over Asante Kotoko, insisting the team entered the clash with full confidence of taking all three points.

Adams was the standout performer on the day, scoring twice and playing a key role in guiding the Yellow and Mauves to a dominant win over the Porcupine Warriors in their Ghana Premier League Week 29 encounter at the TnA Stadium.

After being named Man of the Match, the midfielder revealed that Medeama believed they could even score four goals in the first half alone before kick-off, reflecting their strong mindset heading into the fixture.

Looking ahead to the final stretch of the season, Adams stressed that Medeama are fully focused on winning all remaining matches as they push for the league title.

“If you look at where we are in the league, we cannot let our guard down. Now everything is in our hands, so we go into every game confident to pick all three points,” he said.

“We will go for the three points in the rest of the games, and all five matches will be like finals for us,” Adams added.

Medeama SC now turn their attention to their next Ghana Premier League fixture against Berekum Chelsea as they continue their title chase.
