Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani remains convinced his side can still mount a credible title challenge in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League despite an unsteady opening to the campaign.

The Phobians have struggled for consistency and sit sixth in the table with 18 points from 11 matches, five adrift of leaders Aduana FC.

Hearts of Oak only win in November came in the 2–1 win over Basake Holy Stars, underlining a run of form that has left supporters demanding improvement.

But Dramani insists the title race is far from settled.

“It’s still possible to win the league because we have over thirty matches more to play. We just have to turn our drawing streak to wins. If you want to win the league, you have to win games,” he said.

Reflecting on Sunday’s draw against Young Apostles, which was their sixth match without a goal - the Hearts coach said the Agya Na Ɔwɔ Tumi side lifted their performance levels.

“I think the game was what we anticipated. And we knew they would be motivated for the game because they were playing against Hearts of Oak. It was a game of few chances and more transitional plays,” he added.

Hearts of Oak will look to rediscover their winning touch when they host Vision FC in the Matchday 12 fixtures this weekend (Saturday, November 29) at the Accra Sports Stadium.
