Aduana Stars have moved to the summit of the Ghana Premier League after inflicting a convincing 4-2 win over Bofoakwa Tano in Dormaa in match-day eight. 

Coach Yaw Acheampong made two changes from their last game with skipper Sam Adams returning into the starting line up after missing the visit to Tamale.

On the opposition end, coach Frimpong Manso paraded a very strong line up for the game knowing how difficult it is to pick points in Dormaa.

The homesters started on a good note and with some early attacks- creating mostly from the flanks but the attempt of getting an early lead wasn't successful.

The visitors however, looked very calm and relaxed on the ball as they loved to swing passes among themselves with no any dangerous incursions in the opening minutes.

With no goal registered at half time, both teams returned from the break on an explosive fashion and took the game each other in search of a goal.

Just ten minutes from recess, inform Isaac Mintah scored the opener for Aduana Stars and extended his goal tally to seven on the top scoring chat.

Six minutes later, the homesters scored again to extend their lead through Emmanuel Obuobi. Isaac Mintah just can't stop scoring.

He found1p the back of the net once more on the 70th minute to make it 3-0 and got his seventh of the season.

Saaka Dauda pulled one back for the visitors on the 75th minute, Emmanuel Obuobi restored back the lead to make two minutes after before the latter also scored to make it 4-2 and that's how it ended.

This is Bofo's first defeat of the season and Aduana Stars have climbed up to the summit of the league with 15 points after eight matches.
