Nations scored twice in each half, securing a convincing win against RTU in Abrankese. Asamoah Boateng Afriyie notched a first-half brace, while Emmanuel Sarkodie and Emmanuel Agyemang contributed one goal each, helping the hosts break their five-game winless streak.
Mingle's squad demonstrated their determination by opening the scoring 15 minutes into the game, with Asamoah Boateng Afriyie finding the net. Afriyie later scored his second goal in the 35th minute, doubling the lead.
In the second half, Sarkodie extended Nations' advantage with a goal in the 67th minute. The Pride of the North struggled as Agyemang added the fourth goal in the 84th minute, sealing a victory for the Premier League newcomers.
This win lifted Nations FC from the bottom of the league standings to 14th place with 8 points, while RTU dropped to 12th position with 10 points.
