Nsoatreman has finally registered a win after going two games without a win in the Ghanaian top-flight league.

The ‘Efiri Tete Amanaso’ men knew a win might move them back to the top spot, regarding the result table topper - Aduana will cough out.

Both teams started off well but Nsoatreman was the side that had a huge slice of luck for the opener. They scored at the death of the first half.

However, substitute Emmanuel Appau - who came on for Charles Kamara (60th minute) netted the equaliser for Bibiani Gold Stars just five minutes (65th minute) after coming onto the field of play.

The away side continued to pick up possession - opening fire and slaloming a good thread of passes but never had another breakthrough.

Nsoatreman threatened down the Gold Stars box and though the second placed side huffed and puffed, they were able to add a second to seal a 2-1 victory with just twenty minutes left on the clock.

Nsoatreman are tied with leaders - Aduana on 24 points each, while Gold Stars are 15th with 12 points.
