Nations FC chief executive Kennedy Boakye Ansah says the club are firmly targeting a win when they face defending champions Bibiani Goldstars in their upcoming Ghana Premier League match-week 11 fixture on Sunday, November 23.

The Abrankese side have endured a difficult start under new head coach Frimpong Manso, managing just one victory in four matches since the former Bibiani Goldstars boss took charge.

Nations FC currently sit 14th on the table with 10 points from their opening ten games of the 2025/26 campaign.

Speaking to Asempa FM ahead of the crucial encounter against the Miners at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, Boakye Ansah struck an optimistic tone, insisting the club remain committed to their broader project while expecting an immediate turnaround on the pitch.

"We have a long-term project, and we are hopeful that things will change, and it will start by beating Bibiani Goldstars," he said.

The match is scheduled to kick-off at for 15:00 GMT.
