Kassim Mingle, the coach of Nations FC, has praised Medeama's remarkable performance in the 2023 CAF Champions League.
Medeama's impressive run in Africa's top club tournament has not only caught the attention of many but has also garnered respect from experienced coaches in the Ghana Premier League.
Mingle commended Medeama after their outstanding fixture game, saying, "It is not a bad team once they have qualified and entered the money zone, which means they are doing well."
Medeama has been placed in Group D of the competition, where they will face defending champions Al Ahly SC, Algerian champions CR Belouizdad, and Tanzanian giants Young Africans.
Their first group game will be against Al Ahly in Cairo, followed by hosting Belouizdad at the Baba Yara Stadium in the second round.
Their next home matches will be against Young Africans and Al Ahly in that order.
The CAF Champions League group stage matches are scheduled to kick off on Friday and Saturday, November 25 and 26, 2023, and conclude on March 1 and 2, 2024.
