Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has urged fans to rally behind the team ahead of the highly anticipated Super Clash against archrivals Hearts of Oak in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League.
The Porcupine Warriors will host the Phobians on Sunday, December 15, in a Week 13 fixture at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. Both teams are seeking a win to climb the league table in what promises to be an intense encounter.
Speaking to the media after Kotoko ended their four-game winless streak with a morale-boosting 2-0 victory over Aduana Stars, Ogum emphasized the crucial role of fan support.
“The fans should just be behind us. They can make or unmake us. When we realize that they believe in us, we can stay focused and work harder. So, they should rally behind us,” Ogum said.
Kickoff for the clash is scheduled for 3:00 PM, with both sides determined to secure bragging rights and valuable points.
