Berekum Chelsea coach Samuel Boadu says he is disappointed after his team drew 0-0 with Hearts of Oak in Matchday 23 of the Ghana Premier League.

The Bibires held the Phobians to a goalless stalemate at the University of Ghana Stadium on Sunday in an exciting match where both sides had chances to score.

Hearts goalkeeper Benjamin Asare made an important first-half save, while Mohammed Seidu cleared a shot off the line to keep Chelsea in the game. Chelsea goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi also made a great save to stop Mawuli Wayo as Hearts tried to score.

Speaking after the match, Boadu, who used to coach Hearts of Oak, said he was unhappy with the result.

“I’m not happy at all because we came into the match to secure three points. It’s quite unfortunate we drew with them. I’m not happy considering our position on the standings,” he said.

The draw leaves Hearts five points behind league leaders Medeama, while Berekum Chelsea stay 15th in the table, just three points above the relegation zone as the fight to stay in the league continues.
