Seydou Zerbo will receive a succulent $9000 US Dollar payout after being unceremoniously sacked by Asante Kotoko.
The Burkinabe tactician was axed by the club in a cut-throat fashion, and according to deep-throat sources - Zerbo will be paid three months salary per the clauses in his contract with the Porcupine Warriors.
Zerbo's departure came after he guided Kotoko to just ten wins, six draws, and eight losses in 23 games this season following a campaign of turbulence and ambiguity at the Kum-Apem fold.
Sunday's dismal 2-0 defeat at home to Medeama in their GPL match-week 23 game put the nail in the Burkinabe's coffin.
After pulling the trigger, the Porcupine's hierarchy - spearheaded by Nana Yaw Amponsah quickly dashed forward to appoint the club's youth team coach Abdul Gazale as interim head coach.
