Vincent Sowah Odotei, a Board Member of Hearts of Oak, remains optimistic about the club's chances to secure the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League title despite facing challenges in the ongoing season.

Currently positioned 9th on the league table after 14 games, with three wins, seven draws, and four defeats, the Phobians encountered a setback with a 3-2 loss against Asante Kotoko in their recent match at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Addressing the team's situation, Mr. Sowah Odotei, a former Member of Parliament, emphasized their commitment to success. He stated, "Hearts of Oak's goal is to be successful in everything we do, and this will not change."

Recognizing the fans' dissatisfaction, he appealed for patience, urging everyone to collaborate in assessing why on-field results may not align with the club's potential. "The league is a marathon, not a sprint; we lost this battle, but the war is far from over," he asserted.

Hearts of Oak is set to face Nations FC in the upcoming matchday 15 fixture at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese.
