Maxwell Konadu, the head coach of Nsoatreman Football Club, expressed disappointment with his players' failure to follow tactical instructions during the early stages of the second half in their recent match against Hearts of Oak.

The Ghana Premier League encounter ended in a 2-1 victory for Hearts of Oak, marking the Phobians' second consecutive win.

Hearts capitalized on their opponents' defensive lapses by scoring two quick goals within the first 10 minutes of the second half. Konadu revealed that his players were instructed to exploit Hearts' vulnerability in the wings, as they shifted to a 4-4-2 diamond formation without wingers.

Konadu lamented his players' inability to adapt to the tactical plan, stating, "When Hearts came out in the second half, they played with a 4-4-2 diamond formation, which meant they lacked wingers. We instructed our boys to exploit the wings to exploit their weakness, but in the first 10 minutes, they did not respond to the tactics. I'm not sure what happened because the instructions were clear."

Meanwhile, under the leadership of head coach Aboubakar Ouattara, Hearts of Oak have maintained a flawless record, securing victories in all matches since his appointment.
