Defender Vincent Atingah has agreed to extend his stay with Ghana Premier League side Bibiani Gold Stars.
The former Hearts of Oak centre-back has signed a new two-year deal that will keep him at the club until 2026.
Bibiani Gold Stars announced the extension on Wednesday, emphasizing that Atingah's impressive performance during the 2023/24 season earned him the new contract.
"Atingah and Bibiani GoldStars SC have reached an agreement to EXTEND his contract. He was instrumental in our survival last season, and now Defender Vincent Atingah has penned a two-year contract with the club," Gold Stars said in an official post on X.
Vincent Atingah, 30, has established himself as a top defender in Ghana over the past few years.
He was a key player for Medeama SC when the team won its maiden Ghana Premier League title two seasons ago.
