Interim Asante Kotoko head coach Hamza Obeng says his side is fully focused on securing all three points as they prepare to face Dreams FC in their Week 31 Ghana Premier League encounter.
Speaking ahead of the away fixture, Obeng stressed that the technical team has developed a clear game plan aimed at ending their recent inconsistent run and returning to winning ways.
Kotoko go into the match in mixed form, having recorded one win, one draw, and three defeats in their last five games. Dreams FC, however, arrive in stronger momentum, with three wins, one draw, and just one defeat over the same period.
Despite the contrast in form, Obeng remains optimistic that Kotoko can rise to the occasion if they stick to their tactical discipline and play with cohesion.
“I have watched their games, we are also planning and building on one strategy to go in there and take our three points. We have nothing to lose than to go there, combine our play, play according to a rhythm, and then take the maximum points needed in this match,” he told AKSC Media.
Kotoko will be aiming to produce a disciplined and determined performance as they look to leave with a vital away victory.
