Bechem United midfielder Isaiah Nyarko has expressed strong belief that the Hunters are well prepared to secure a positive result against Asante Kotoko when the two sides meet in the Ghana Premier League this weekend.

Bechem United will make the trip to Kumasi to face the Porcupine Warriors in a Week 16 fixture of the 2025/26 league season on Sunday, December 28, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Speaking ahead of the encounter, Nyarko revealed that morale within the Bechem camp is high following back-to-back victories, a run that has eased pressure on the players and boosted confidence ahead of the demanding test against Kotoko.

“We thank God for our two wins in the last two matches. There was pressure on the team, but the pressure has reduced since we won the two games,” Nyarko told Bechem United TV.

The midfielder stressed that the team is fully motivated and ready to fight for a positive outcome in Kumasi, while also appealing to supporters to rally behind the squad.

“We are all motivated, and we are confident we can secure a good result. We plead with the fans to come and support us so that we can pick at least a point,” he added.

The Week 16 Ghana Premier League showdown between Asante Kotoko and Bechem United is scheduled to kick off at 3:30 pm on Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
