Medeama gaffer, Abdul Rabi Umar, insists that they created goalscoring opportunities but failed to convert them in their defeat to Asante Kotoko.
Medeama succumbed to a 2-0 defeat to league leaders, Asante Kotoko, through Andrews Apau and Franck Etouga Mbella strikes.
Medeama are currently third with fifty points so far with their hopes of winning the league almost impossible.
Asante Kotoko are on top of the league with fifty-nine points and a game in hand against the Miners on Thursday.
Umar said they created chances but his players squandered the opportunities to put the ball at the back of the net of the Porcupine Warriors.
"We had chances but we were just blowing them off the bar, off the goal," he insisted.
"A lot of chances that we had but we didn't do anything," he admitted.
