Bibiani Goldstars head coach, Frimpong Manso, famously known as 'Mayanga', has admitted their first half against FC Samartex was a very poor one but subsequently found their rhythm in the game.
The Miners nipped on Kelvin Oppong's second half equalizer to salvage a draw after Emmanuel Mamah had already snatched the lead for the champions in an outstanding GPL match-week 2 fixture at the Nsenkyire Sports Complex on Wednesday afternoon.
Speaking in post-match presser, the former Asante Kotoko defender described the game as one of two halves where got outplayed in the first department but came back stronger in the second and explained the reasons behind that.
"I think it was a difficult game especially in the first half and struggled but in the second half when we made changes, things started getting better."
"So for me it was a game of two halves, they played in the first and we took over in the second. We were unable to keep possession and were losing the balls anyhow and when it happens like that you run a lot and fatigue also settled in."
Bibiani Goldstars have two wins and two draws so far from their and will host Bechem United in what will be a tough tie at the Dun's Park this weekend.
