Medeama SC head coach, Augustine Evans Adortey has stated with so much optimism that, they will go all out for a victory in their CAF Champions League preliminary round encounter on Sunday.
The Mauves and Yellows have been in intensive preparations since being paired with the Nigerian outfit and really desperate for nothing but a money zone spot in the continent's most elite club football competition.
They will hope to right all wrongs from their preseason matches as they hope to grind a positive outcome on home soil before the return encounter in Nigeria next week.
Speaking in a pre-match conference, the experience gaffer confirmed skipper Kwesi Donsu has been out but is very confident his lads will still come out victorious.
"t’s all about your game plan looking at your opponents. Looking at the opponent, they will come and sit back and come on a counter. I want to go all out."
"We’ve got to steal the show at the expense of the Nigerians who also share the same ambition of qualifying to the next round."
The game has been slated for 1500GMT on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at the Cape Coast Stadium.
