Medeama Sporting Club coach, Ibrahim Tanko has stated that the team will go back to the drawing board to analyze and correct its mistakes after succumbing to a 1-0 loss to Hearts of Oak in the Matchweek 26 fixture of the Ghana Premier League.

He said it was their intention to exit the Accra Sports Stadium with the three points at stake but they made some errors which later caused them.

Coach Tanko was speaking at a post-match interview after the match between Hearts of Oak and the Yellow and Mauve.

This is a setback, not the end. We’ve won two straight before this, and we’ll analyze where we fell short—especially in front of the goal, and come back stronger. The boys are hungry, and our fans deserve better. We’ll deliver,” coach Ibrahim Tanko said as quoted on the website of Medeama SC.

Medeama will next face Dreams FC at the Tarkwa TnA Sports Stadium in a Matchweek 27 fixture on Friday, April 11.
