Bofoakwa Tano's coach, John Eduafo, emphasized that their primary motivation is winning the FA Cup and representing Ghana in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Sunyani-based team is gearing up to face their regional rivals in the FA Cup final at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Sunday evening.
Despite their relegation from the top division, Eduafo expressed the team's determination to lift the trophy and earn the chance to represent Ghana in Africa next season.
“We are determined to end the season on a high note. We played well in the league but unfortunately, we couldn’t avoid relegation. We still have a chance to prove our worth by winning the FA Cup," Eduafo told the Ghana FA website.
He further added, "We are not only aiming to win the trophy but also to represent Ghana in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup, which is our biggest motivation.”
In their Ghana Premier League meetings, neither side managed to score. The eagerly anticipated match is set to kick off at 18:00 GMT.
Nsoatreman FC coach Maxwell Konadu is confident that his team will defeat Bofoakwa Tano to achieve their goal of competing in Africa next season.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 18:00 GMT, with the winner set to take home GHC180,000.
