Paris Saint-Germain delivered a stunning performance at the Parc des Princes, beating Chelsea FC 5-2 in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League Round of 16 tie.
PSG took an early lead through Bradley Barcola, before Malo Gusto equalised for Chelsea. Ousmane Dembélé restored the Parisians’ advantage just before half-time.
Chelsea briefly drew level in the second half through Enzo Fernández, but PSG responded decisively. Substitutes Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Vitinha combined for the third goal, before Kvaratskhelia scored twice more late in the match to complete the 5-2 rout.
The result gives PSG a commanding three-goal cushion ahead of the return leg in London, leaving Chelsea FC with a steep challenge to overturn the deficit.
