The 25-year-old midfield enforcer was on target as his side drew with Russian giants Kuban Krasnodar in a pre-season friendly game in Austria today.

Ghana and Udinese midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu scored his side's second goal in their 2-2 draw game against Rabiu Mohammed's Kuban Krasnodar as he assisted in his side's opener in the 21st minute.

Udinese took the lead through Cyril Thereau's first half header in the 21st minute with Agyemang Badu doubling the lead to 2-0 inside the 40th minute.Odil Akhmedov pulled one back for his side in the 44th minute before his team-mate Fyodor Smolov restored parity with a sublime finish in the 55th minute.

The Italian giants were more purposeful right from the blast of the whistle as they continued with their dominance in the game, but could not fetch for the match winner till the game ended within full regulation time.

The 25-year-old will be hoping for a good season as he has started the pre-season on a high note.

Agyemang Badu's future with the "Fruilian White-Blacks" is still uncertain as he is being chased by an English top-flight side Stoke City since last season.
