Aduana Stars Bright Adjei was the hero as the Fire Boys extended their lead at the top of the Ghana Premier League log by one point after beating Berekum Chelsea in match day 7 at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park.
Aduana took the lead in the 43rd minute courtesy of a Bright Adjei goal but the visitors leveled up on 45th minute with Afriyie Mezack capitalizing on a miscommunication by the home team.
Bright Adjei grabbed his second goal on the day - eleven minutes after recess for the Fire Boys.
The win helped Aduana to rebound and are now 1st on the log with 16 points after losing to Real Tamale United last weekend.
Berekum Chelsea on the other hand are tied on the 10th spot with 9 points.
